Important Updates for Instacare 360 Members

Instacare 360 is dedicated to providing the best care and a personalized experience for our members. In 2025, we’re introducing new virtual capabilities and affordable subscription programs for those with high deductible insurance or cash pay options. To continue offering high-quality care and adapt to rising administrative costs, we will be implementing a $99 Annual Administration Fee (AAF) per patient. The fee, due at your first appointment in 2025, is not covered by insurance but can be paid with your Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Medicaid members will have the fee waived.
